Update They charge money from me for registering my car from Texas State since I’m moving out to Texas . But it’s been one month passed I haven’t get any title or number plates from them . I can’t drive my car because of not having the tile , it’s expired . The boss of Bridgewater Kia refuse my request to sort out any kind of solution since it’s completely there mistake . I won’t let my friends or family to do business from this place More

Not helpful or imformative I used this service center a few times. I did not like how I did not get time with the people at the desk. I felt like I was just a number that they c I used this service center a few times. I did not like how I did not get time with the people at the desk. I felt like I was just a number that they could not wait to push through. When I would ask questions about my car, I felt that I wasn't getting the full answer and I would have to pull answers from the people at the desk. I asked questions about a warranty, and I could not get a ton of information. After going to another service center, turns out I was never told that the questions I was asking about would be running out of time for being replaced under warranty. I will not be going back to this center. After speaking with another service center for just a few minutes, I learned more about my car and the questions I had previously asked than I ever did at this service center. And, I now have to pay out of pocket for something that i should have been told was under warranty and the warranty was expiring soon. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I just picked up a New Soul for my niece this weekend from Bridgewater Kia. This by far was the best car buying experience ever. Their Sales Manage I just picked up a New Soul for my niece this weekend from Bridgewater Kia. This by far was the best car buying experience ever. Their Sales Manager, Danny was extremely helpful. Answered all our questions and was able to let my niece and I decide which car was a right car for my niece rather than trying to sell us what he wanted to sell. Also their Finance Manager, David was extremely professional and friendly. Unlike many Finance Managers I've dealt in the past buying cars, David was able to show us many different options of financing and helped us choose a right financing option for my niece. I personally don't drive a Kia but after dealing with these two fine gentleman, I would definitely consider a Kia next time. Their new SUV Telluride looked amazing. Danny let me test drive it although he knew I wasn't ready to buy one and it drove better than Lexus!! Thank you everyone at Bridgewater Kia. You guys rock!!! More
