I started coming to Bridgewater Kia back in March 2022 for services because it's closer to my home. I have to say my experience with them has been very pleasant each time. The waiting room is always clean for services because it's closer to my home. I have to say my experience with them has been very pleasant each time. The waiting room is always clean and inviting. I had my grandchildren this time, so they took advantage of the snacks Kia provides for customers. Carol my service advisor is always helpful explaining things to me as far as service recommendations for my Kia. Most importantly I appreciate the window into the area where the technicians are working on your vehicle. The wait time is never extremely long. When my vehicle is ready, they return it to me freshly washed and cleaned, looking like brand new. Thanks Bridgewater Kia from one happy satisfied customer . 🥰. More
