Excellent Customer Service Over the past few months, I have been to many Jeep dealerships and have spoken with a variety of Sales Consultants. However, every time I either felt Over the past few months, I have been to many Jeep dealerships and have spoken with a variety of Sales Consultants. However, every time I either felt as though I wasn’t dealing with someone who was very knowledgeable and/or willing to help me get the best price possible. From the moment I met Luis Toledo at Brigham-Gill, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable, personable, and truthful (unlike many Sales Consultants). He went out of his way to make sure I saw and knew all of my options. He knew everything about all of the different models of Jeeps down the to very precise features. He was very calm and took the extra time to help me come to the best possible decision for my own financial situation. Without question, he informed me of additional discounts that were available to me, which I greatly appreciated. I bought my car on a Saturday and wanted to pick it up on Monday during lunch. He made it priority to get everything done for me Monday morning so that picking it up during lunch was a possibility. When I went to pick up my Jeep, he took the time to go through all of the features, help me set up personalized options, as well as answer every question I could think of (as I had never owned an SUV or Jeep before - you can image there was a lot!) While Brigham-Gill is a very reputable dealership, it was Luis’s professionalism and trustworthy demeanor that will bring me back for future purchases. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and/or family members who will be looking for a Jeep in the future. More
