I was comfortable with Richard instantly. I called ahead and asked if i could come test drive the model i wanted. When i arrived, he was ready w dealer plates and keys. Very annoyed. booked appointment for simple oil change. Told them I don’t ant 22 point inspection, just oil change. Waited over an hour and they still did 22 point booked appointment for simple oil change. Told them I don’t ant 22 point inspection, just oil change.
