Our salesman, Rich Mounce, tracked down exactly the car my husband and I were looking for, and made the actual purchase process easy and efficient. Dennis Gonzalez in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. Due to COVID-19 and our 1-hour distance from Bright Bay, Rich helped us to complete all of our necessary paperwork from home, and we just had to make the 1-hour trip to Bright Bay to actually pick up our car.
