The Service Employees in this Dealership are second to none ! ALways courteous and friendly , going above and beyond expectations to ensure that the Customer is happy. Upon pick up of my vehicle after r none ! ALways courteous and friendly , going above and beyond expectations to ensure that the Customer is happy. Upon pick up of my vehicle after routine service, I commented that all I need do to complete the cars upkeep was get it washed, but kept forgetting. My Service Rep, Bret, asked if I had a few minutes. Thinking he needed to check something, I replied that I did. After approximately 15 minutes or less, he handed me back my keys and said my car was now washed !! I didn't recognize it when I exited the dealership because it had been REALLY filthy from muddy trips Upstate ! THAT'S just one example of above and beyond ! More
