I bought my car online through the website. I thought it would be a little bit more seamless. I entered and did financing all completely online. The process took a little longer than what you’d expect going to the dealer directly. Working with Victor was great and I didn’t experience any hassles when it came to the car itself. I did feel that once I got into the F&I office I felt like services were being pushed onto me that I declined when I originally did it online. I politely rejected any extras and that was that. I appreciated that they didn’t try to force me to get things I didn’t want. All that being said I would definitely buy from this dealer again. Much better than other dealerships that I’ve dealt with.
