Hector was amazing. We didn’t feel pressured at all. We went in just to test drive a CRV, and honestly weren’t ready to buy yet. But this car had everything we wanted so we purchased it. I waited to write went in just to test drive a CRV, and honestly weren’t ready to buy yet. But this car had everything we wanted so we purchased it. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how we were treated after the sale was complete, but Hector still treated us like a valued customer. Darrell was also amazing to deal with. It was honestly the easiest car experience we have ever had. The follow through on IOU’s have been top notch as well. I highly recommend this dealership as they treat you like family! Leased a second CRV in early November. Jay Hawkins was great to work with even though new inventory was a week to week basis. Test drove a '22 CRV just to make sure we liked that same model (previously h great to work with even though new inventory was a week to week basis. Test drove a '22 CRV just to make sure we liked that same model (previously had a '18 CRV). Our new color and model were in the dealership one week later and we were in and out in about 2 hours.
