Wasting time and money. I went there because my car has a problem with the break. My car was there for 4 days and they did not fix anything. They changed a tire air sensor a I went there because my car has a problem with the break. My car was there for 4 days and they did not fix anything. They changed a tire air sensor and charged me $540.00 dollars plus oil change and the diagnostic. I recommend do not go there. If you call them or send an email they never answer. More

General manager was rude when I called regarding an issue. She did not address my issue, keep making excuses for completely irrelevant problems, and called me a liar. They in fact lied to me about doin issue. She did not address my issue, keep making excuses for completely irrelevant problems, and called me a liar. They in fact lied to me about doing a service on one day that actually was not completed until the next day. Will never use or recommend this Cadillac. They should be disappointed with their customer service because I felt truly attacked when I was just trying to give them a heads up on how to improve their service.
