I had a very similar experience with the finance person I worked with. They never once made me feel like I was just a sale to them or pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable with. Paul Pinto listened, laughed at my jokes, and in the space of 2 hours, I accomplished everything I set out to do. He conducted the entire session with professionalism, energy, efficiency and courtesy. He's a great closer. Working with Ian DeLong, the financing and administrative segments were expertly laid out and explained and his many suggestions reflected a personalized understanding to my situation. Great, responsible approach. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Now my daughter has a car she is comfortable driving and I have a perfect vehicle for my needs. Didn't hurt that Ian is a hockey enthusiast and my daughter is the goalie for the Danbury Battle-axes! I guess we just added a new customer! More

On this most recent purchase I had the pleasure of working with Declan Crocker-McClellan and Moe Mohammed Azhar. Both guys made the buying experience pretty seamless and hassle free. Was concerned that there may be pressure to make purchase for month end, but that was not the case. They took the time to listen to my requirements and found me the exact car I was looking for. Did not try to make "me" fit an existing car, but found the “car” that fitted me based on my wants. They allow me to take as much time as I needed to review and test drive the exact model car I wanted to purchase. Moe was very patient in explaining some of the new features that the vehicle offered & readily answered all my questions. Declan walked me through the price explaining each item to my satisfaction. When I had an issue with some of the paperwork on the trade, Declan & Ian Delong worked to get the issue resolved so that my purchase was not delayed. Ian not only successfully got me good rate on my purchase, but he & Declan made helped me to get the best incentive options available. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price.
