He had me laughing because he was very down to earth and didn't pressure me into anything like the many other car dealerships I've been to.. it was a great experience and have recommended him to my friends and family. Let me first say that I don't sugar coat surveys. If I am going to spend the time on a survey, then you will hear exactly how I feel. With a father who has been in auto sales my entire life, I know a few things about car dealerships, and it takes a lot to earn my trust and business. Therefore, what follows is no free reward... it has been earned! My wife and I have owned or leased many Nissans over the years. Actually, we have had at least one, if not two Nissans, in our driveway for the past 17 years. After 3 Altimas, a Pathfinder, 2 Titans, and a Rogue, it was not a diffiuclt decision to decide we wanted another Nissan. The Quest we just purchased is our 8th Nissan in the past 17 years. Over those past 17 years, we have dealt with Bob Sharpe Nissan, Countyline Nissan, Crowley Nissan, Bruce Bennett Nissan, Wilson Nissan, a Nissan dealer in Houlton, Maine, and a Nissan dealer somewhere in Virgina. After so many years of dealing with seven different Nissan dealers, time and time again Bennett Nissan has won us over. Bennett Nissan's customer service is far superior to any other dealership we have ever been to. From Sales to Service to casual conversation with Bruce the owner, there is no doubt that the Bennett family and employees truly care for their clients. With this recent purchase we had the pleasure have working with three very impressive members of teh Bennett "family." Having had previous success with Todd Bennett,Bruce's son, I began by emailing Todd to tell him we were interested in a Quest. He responded to my initial email within an hour. He proceeded to find us the perfect vehicle and beat the price offered by another Nissan dealer. Already having my trust, I was able to reach out to Todd, find a vehicle, agree on a price, and set an appointment for delivery in under 24 hours. When arriving at Bennett Nissan, Todd had already hand picked Matthew Ansong as the saleman that would greet my wife and I. Matt is a young personable, professional, efficient salesman who not once pressured us in ANY way. He was very knowledgeable and gave one of the most thorough tours of a vehicle that I have ever received. Matt showed us the vehicle, allowed us to test drive the van, answered every question, made us feel comfortable, and even played around with our sons who were along for the ride. Matt is a great asset to Bennett Nissan, and I look forward to getting our next vehicle from him as well. While waiting to do the paper work my wife and I were greeted by Bruce Bennett. I had met him a few years ago when making a prior purchase, and it was great to reconnect with Bruce. It's not that often that the owner of a dealership is available for help, let alone making his rounds through his showroom to simply say "Hi" to his guests. It's one more thing that makes Bennett Nissan stand out. The paperwork signing can often be overwhelming and stressful. Dave Stalvey, the finance manager, made this process easy and clear with everything already prepared and laid out to discuss in a logical manner. His personality made him a pleasure with whom to work. Upon finishing our paperwork and making our way to our new vehicle my family and I saw Amie Bennett. It has been years since my wife and I were introduced to Amie, and I would never imagine she would recognize us. On the contrary, Amie did walk past us with a very friendly greeting and smile. I'm sure didn't remember our names, but it was clear that she recognized us as familiar faces from that past and that made us feel good. It is so often these little things that make positive, memoriable experiences. As we piled the kids into the new family van, Todd Bennett came out from the front of the showroom. He simply wanted to wish us well and thank us for working with Bennett Nissan. When was the last time the general manager of a dealership rushed out to tahnk you? I know, this has been quite long winded. But here's the truth of the matter. If you are looking at this sight and reading my review you are abviously serious about getting a car. I'm telling you, you will love working with Matt, Dave, and the Bennett family from Bruce Bennett Nissan. More

Anthony Thomas has proved to me you can trust a car dealer.He's a man of his word. He works hard to get you the car you want at the fairest price. He's personally driven me, picked me up, delivered paper work, to help expedite the completion of the sale.This is going beyond his job to make the customer happy. Christina Magnotta, made it almost enjoyable giving Nissan my money. She was happy, showed she loves her job, which made me more comfortable at this point in the process.There was clarity in everything she had to go over with me. When I left her office there were no questions unanswered. Finally Christine Browne went over all the details for the use and service for my new car with complete professionalism. More

From the very beginning that started with just an email from Ms. Tracy DeLuise, everything just seemed to fall into place. On Sat. 12/11/10, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Joe Caruso, whom from Ms. Tracy DeLuise, everything just seemed to fall into place. On Sat. 12/11/10, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Joe Caruso, whom Tracy had assigned me to. Joe gave me a very warm welcome and from that point on, he was attentive, knowledgable and an excellent listener. I was upfront and honest as I explained my dilemma of six months with a used 2005 Nissan Maxima -- it is a "time-bomb" waiting to happen on wheels. After a couple of hours of discussing what could be my options, he showed me a 2007 Versa in the showroom that was very appealing. I left him w/a $100 deposit and that was it. Monday Joe called and said this car isn't going to work for me. I thanked him and thought I'd move on....not even two hours later, Joe called and made me an offer for a 2011 Nissan Sentra that would be in my best interest to resolve my dilemma. The rest is history and by Wednesday evening, Joe stayed til 6 to meet with me and had the car warming up to take a test drive. It was heavenly! I then met with Christina who was all ready for me, and we were all on the same page. I had such peace of mind knowing I was buying the most reliable, economical and beautiful vehicle that I know will meet way above and beyond what I had even dreamed of. I have intentions of sending a "personal" letter to the dealership so Joe can put it in his binder along with other satisfied customers. As soon as I come down 'from the clouds', I will hand deliver it myself! Thank you for hiring such persoal and outstanding staff members such as these individuals. The only thing I did not like is the finance rate. I found out from TD bank that the rate for me was much lower than I was given. The reason why it was 6.49% was because the dealer(You) are getting a D found out from TD bank that the rate for me was much lower than I was given. The reason why it was 6.49% was because the dealer(You) are getting a Dealer Kickback from TD bank. I have decided to pay off the car and not finance it because I feel that is wrong. Other than that Anthony did a great job and I loved the experience, but next time if I buy a car from you I want the "true" Finance rate with no dealer reserve in it. Thanks again! Matt More

Frank Fazio and Christina Magnotta, the sales person and financing employees, was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. Mr. Fazio took his time to explain to me everything that I purchased. There was no pressure to buy extra service and they were completely honest with their pricing and financing. The salesman Joe Licari, was very helpfull in finding me the car I was interested in although he couldn't come down on the price as much as I would have liked.
