Years ago I had multiple bad experiences with the service center and/or with Bobby. One was waiting 3 hours for a scheduled oil change with no updates the whole time. That has completely changed. The service techs worked on a CV Boot for my suv and damaged something that caused my car to have an awful noise. Things happen, and I wasn’t upset about that. I texted in and got an appointment as soon as they had time. They fixed their mistake and Bobby kept me updated and did the right thing by not charging me. It was a great experience and the dealership held up the integrity I was hoping for. More

MY CAR WAS TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP THERE BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN. THE CAR HAD THE SAME LIGHT ON THE DASH BEFORE AND AFTER REPAIRS. Benjamin was great to work with and quarterbacked my deal to prepare the vehicle as I was 2 hours away from the dealership and used my own financing. The guys were fantastic and got her deal done on the spot without us waiting all day like we have had to at other dealers in the past. Brad the finance manager was great to deal with and rocked us threw all the paperwork. We were out of there with two vehicles ready to go in 3 hours. I love toyota I i didn't like how nikki handled our transaction. It was like she was not listening to us at all. We constantly had to come back to pick up the car.
