Overall, BCS Toyota is a good dealership. I have had three positive buying experiences there and the service department advisors have all been excellent. I do question the quality of techni I have had three positive buying experiences there and the service department advisors have all been excellent. I do question the quality of technicians working in the shop. I repeatedly receive my vehicle with the tires over-inflated by up to 25+% over the manufacturers recommendation. It leads to serious ride quality issues and the vehicle is so "firm" it literally bounces all over the road. During the latest service, the valve stem caps were so loose that they would have eventually been slung off of the tires had it not been for me needing to let air out following my appointment. I have repeatedly mentioned this but it is a constant problem. It's a little thing that makes me question the quality/attention to detail of the folks working in the shop. More
