Mr. Tanner is friendly, professional, and honest. His technicians are competent. I think the price is reasonable although I didn't compare the prices from other companies seriously. Trust me, I probably tested his patience a little with all the back-and-forth, but he never missed a beat and worked with me every step of the way. I made multiple trips to the dealership, and every time I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Brad who helped process paperwork was equally excellent and incredibly helpful throughout all the back-and-forth. He made the process a great experience as well. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rusty Chandler, and it’s clear he has built a great team at BCS Toyota. The customer service and overall atmosphere really stood out. I’m looking forward to bringing my truck back for service, which says a lot about the confidence this team has earned from me. The salesman Jared Rousey after the sale ignored us completely no explanation of the vehicle other than connecting my phone which I knew how to do. He mentioned a camera. Rousey said he didn’t care if completely no explanation of the vehicle other than connecting my phone which I knew how to do. He mentioned a camera. Rousey said he didn’t care if we brought the 2nd key. We asked if there was enough gas to get home he said, “ I guess”, we live 50 miles away. There wasn’t. The air pressure was 6 pounds low in 3 tires. I came back to bring the title and 2nd key to my trade-in; another salesman filled our tank we had to wait awhile and Rousey never showed. I forgot to leave the title. I was coming down with COVID. I also had jury duty the following Monday this is required by law. Rousey called and texted asking for the title to the point of harassment. I will not go to jail for failure to go to jury duty. When I went back to Bryan I stopped by and left the title and spare key. The salesman that helped us said thank you and that most people don’t bring these things in. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car!! Rousey never answered questions about service or scheduling same. The worst. The salesman Rousey was disrespectful and mentally counting his money rather than doing his job!! More
