My daughter is off at college and needed an extra key made. I called and talked with Alejandro in Parts & Service. He found us a key at another dealership and had it shipped over the weekend. Once he had made. I called and talked with Alejandro in Parts & Service. He found us a key at another dealership and had it shipped over the weekend. Once he had the key, he set up a time for my daughter to come in and made her an extra key. Alejandro kept me in the loop throughout the process which was a huge help being five hours away. It was refreshing to find someone that actually followed through with what he said he was going to do. I would strongly recommend Bryant/College Station Toyota for any service and repairs.
