Always backed up despite requesting service by appointment. Said i could use the shuttle and it would be 30 min. Waited 2 hrs and it never showed up nor they offered a loaner for me to drive mysel appointment. Said i could use the shuttle and it would be 30 min. Waited 2 hrs and it never showed up nor they offered a loaner for me to drive myself home. Wasted my whole day off at a dealership with nothing to make up for it. Still received an offer and marketing junk emails about purchasing my car but this bad experience with a simple oil change makes me never want to do any business with them again like a transaction involving thousands of dollars.
