After multiple complaints over the last couple years about an annoying noise on the driver side area of our new 4Runner, Issac in the service department listened and kept our vehicle until the noise was about an annoying noise on the driver side area of our new 4Runner, Issac in the service department listened and kept our vehicle until the noise was found and fixed He assisted us with a loaner so that we were not inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. Natalie in the service department spent several days running diagnostics and test runs, taking the vehicle apart until she found it. She fixed it and we have not heard it since. These two went above and beyond and we appreciated it. More

Very comfortable no pressure on the sales yes and no answer to purchase.Tyler and Izzy very comfortable to work with. The finance gentleman Ty was very pushy.
