It’s never easy when any relationship ends. I had assumed that mine with my previous dealer would continue. I was wrong; they seemed disinterested in helping me get a new car. I was looking at websites and discovered that a Mercedes Benz was not as out of reach as I had originally thought. We happened to stop by to see what the cars looked like. We met Scott Powell not long after looking around. He was very approachable and not coercive. He asked me a few questions about my situation and what I was looking for. He showed me a very nice car. We agreed to meet the next day to talk and to allow them to review my other car. As it turns out I was able to get a new Mercedes with very little hassle and not as much time as I’d spent at other dealers. Scott and his colleague Vicki were very welcoming and professional. They offered us coffee and refreshments while waiting for my old car to be checked or paperwork to be faxed. They explained the process thoroughly and were able to give me everything that I asked for in the car with an additional amount for the trade in. The payment for this car was only slightly more than my other car so over all I couldn’t have been happier. Normally the paperwork process is the most laborious aspect of buying a new car, but Brian Witt made the process very relaxed and swift. He explained the items and steps very well but not in an insincere way. He was very proficient as well. After the deal was finished Scott took extra time to explain the features of the car and to answer any additional questions that I had. I would recommend Scott and Vicki to anyone looking for a car. The lack of stress and anxiety was significant for me. Their efficiency and ability to make one feel relaxed really made for a pleasant car buying experience. More

Vicki was absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with!! We first looked at the Mars Red GLK350, but came home with a 2014 C-Class Sport Sedan in White that I am absolutely in love with!
