This is what all dealer service should be I came in Buena Park Honda for a warranty service for my AC unit. At first they diagnosed the evaporator was the problem and got the part replaced. I came in Buena Park Honda for a warranty service for my AC unit. At first they diagnosed the evaporator was the problem and got the part replaced. Then they checked again and found the compressor was leaky. After waiting for the part to arrive, they replaced the faulty compressor. I really appreciate their thoroughness in diagnosing the problem and fixing it right. They could have easily sent the car back without fixing all the issues. All the while, Jonathan my service adviser was very prompt in keeping me posted with all the latest. Overall, it has been a very good dealership experience for me. More
