Buerkle Hyundai openly DESCRIMINATES against out of state buyers! they will charge you an additional $2500 if your not a local customer. I confirmed this with the sales person...he says If I lived in the ar buyers! they will charge you an additional $2500 if your not a local customer. I confirmed this with the sales person...he says If I lived in the area they would only be charging me $46,450 but since I'm out of state they will charge me an additional $2500, this is not a delivery fee or market adjustment...its solely applied because I'm not a local. DONT BUY A HYUNDAI! !! This company doesn’t make quality and will not honor warranty. We bought new from Buerkle both a 2006 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra. Unfortunately !! This company doesn’t make quality and will not honor warranty. We bought new from Buerkle both a 2006 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra. Unfortunately the Elantra engine failed at 98000 miles still under warranty of 120000. Because we could not produce oil change record for oil changes EVERY 3500 miles Hyundai or Buerkle wouldn’t repair under warranty. The engine is definitely faulty as per multiple law suits and reports we found on web. We hoped as a loyal customer Buerkle would come through but they offered to fix for $11,000!!! No loyalty No quality No service We NEVER will by Hyundai again More

This is our third Hyundai and the second one bought at Buerkle. We've had nothing but positive experiences. Both sales and service staff are professional and courteous. In this instance it was Matt tha Buerkle. We've had nothing but positive experiences. Both sales and service staff are professional and courteous. In this instance it was Matt that we worked with in the purchase of a '21 Sonata Hybrid. It's our first hybrid and Matt was very patient in showing us some of the features that are unique to hybrids. We happened to hit the dealership on a particularly busy day at the end of a month. There was a backup on detailing new cars, so Matt "leant" us our trade-in to run some errands while that was being done. We will be back. More
Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I purchased a 21 Tucson and it took 25 days before I actually had the vehicle in my possession due to a string of failures from Buerkle. First it took 3 days before the car was cleaned to take possession, but the detailing was awful so they took another 2 days to detail it, then delivered it. On delivery the car had a new dent, and the console was not seated correctly so they took it back. It took SIXTEEN days for the service department and body shop to fix my brand-new car! I made a few calls to check on the status, but every time they told me they would check and call me back, but I never received any return calls. When it was finally delivered again, the console was again not even installed correctly so they took it back yet AGAIN and then took another 3 days to fix it. At this point the general manager Juston had offered to throw in some WeatherTech floor mats and extra oil changes, and our salesman Michael said several times he would be sending a gift card to make up for the inconvenience - but none of those things were ever received - such terrible customer service. The last time the car was delivered the low tire pressure warning was on, the gas tank was not full, and my own carabiner keychain that I had put on the key fob had been replaced with a Buerkle keychain. I asked multiple times but my keychain was never returned...why the xxxx would someone at Buerkle take my keychain?!? It wasn't anything fancy, but the principle of them stealing it is just absurd. Absolutely the most frustrating and least professional vehicle purchase we've ever experienced. This was the second brand new vehicle we bought from Buerkle in less than two years (the first experience wasn't great either, but we thought it was a fluke...unfortunately we were wrong) - we will NEVER be a Buerkle customer again. More
