Check availability with our sales staff directly." You also received 5 emails from us in response to your request all in the same day. We clearly are communicating. Your inventory changes constantly? The vehicle in question is pictured on your website with snow in the background! In addition your chat line associate stated he was pretty certain the car was available. Finally, no one took the time to offer any form of an apology. As a Human Resources consultant who conducts seminars on customer service and service recovery, I will now use your dealership as an example of what not to do in terms of customer service. By the way, I was checking on cars for my son who lives in St Paul, Minnesota.
