I was met by Chris immediately upon entering service area. I left my golden retriever in the car and "Cory" immediately LOVED Chris. The service was fast, complete and overall great experience. My wife and I were very impressed with James Montalvos customer service. He never left left us waiting and wondering, the whole time we were there he kept us informed of what was gong on and how long it customer service.
