Have had Good and Bad experiences with Bulldog KIA service I have used Bulldog KIA service department on and off since 2010(with 1st KIA). I have had 2 KIAs(Sorento and Optima). Sales dept has always been gr I have used Bulldog KIA service department on and off since 2010(with 1st KIA). I have had 2 KIAs(Sorento and Optima). Sales dept has always been great. The service dept has had issues. With my Sorento, I had locking wheels. Bulldog was the only one that had touched me Sorento. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was asked where my locking key was for the wheel. I told them they were the last to use it, so they needed to find one. Eventually, I agreed to not have the lock on it as they couldn't come up with one for me. Another time my tires were not rotated as my husband had marked them. Most recently, I was told on the phone that I did not need an appointment for on oil change on a Saturday. When I arrived(a 30 minute drive), I was told that I did need an appointment and it could not be done. I will find a new dealer now. More
