Due Service appt. I went in for a service, oil change and tire rotation and they went above and beyond, they had a repair they had to do on a recall. I had got the lett I went in for a service, oil change and tire rotation and they went above and beyond, they had a repair they had to do on a recall. I had got the letter in the mail about the recall, but had forgotten about it. They realized it and went ahead and fixed it for me. Thank you so much!!! More

Awesome experience I was from out of town visiting family when my wife and I decided we should look at a new car. I messaged the dealership and started communicating wit I was from out of town visiting family when my wife and I decided we should look at a new car. I messaged the dealership and started communicating with Andy. I made it clear that we were visiting family and didn’t want to spend the entire day trying to buy a vehicle. He said he understood and set us up with an early appointment. When I got there he was standing outside waiting to greet me. At the start of the process Andy said that he wasn’t there to pressure me into a vehicle I didn’t need or couldn’t afford but instead to match me to a vehicle that fit what I needed, and he meant it. He actually recommended that I consider a trim package down from the one I showed interest in based on the things I things I told him I was wanting. As I was moving the process everyone I encountered was nice, courteous, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Bulldog KIA. If you are in the market for a vehicle there is no other place to go. More
