Great Service!! I always have a great experience at Bulldog Kia! I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it 2 years ago. Made the mistake of going somewher I always have a great experience at Bulldog Kia! I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it 2 years ago. Made the mistake of going somewhere else once and learned my lesson. I was especially pleased this last visit because I had a coupon for an oil change that I didn't let them know I had when I made my appt. Instead of telling me I couldn't use it when I presented it at checkout Beau quickly just changed my sales ticket to reflect the coupon when the sweet, very personable girl at checkout notified him I had one and I was on my way. I also love the reminders I get about upcoming service that is needed because I tend to forget things so that is always helpful. Everyone is always friendly!! Beau took care of my visit and I would always recommend Bulldog to anyone! More

Consistently surpassing expectations Bulldog Kia, everyone who makes up that entire team, are to be commended. Bought my first KIA there in 2011. Bought my second KIA there in summer of 2 Bulldog Kia, everyone who makes up that entire team, are to be commended. Bought my first KIA there in 2011. Bought my second KIA there in summer of 2014. Have had all service on both cars done at the dealership. Why? It is simply an amazing team of people dedicated to customer service, unlike any other business I've encountered. Whenever I have had to have maintenance done on my car, the staff are courteous, attentive and thorough. The waiting area is so comfortable, I feel like I'm in my own living room! (In fact, one time I fell asleep it was so relaxing.) The staff always greet you by name and no matter how busy, take a moment to see how you are doing. I have never had to return a car that was in for maintenance because the job was not done correctly. It is done right the first time, in an expedient manner and most reasonably priced. Anyone considering purchasing a new car should consider a KIA, and anyone considering a new KIA should go to Bulldog KIA first. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be amazed.
