Matthew was great! Really helpful in responding to all of my questions since I was trying to do my entire search online/over the phone. Very forthright and clear with all the information he gave me. Truly ap my questions since I was trying to do my entire search online/over the phone. Very forthright and clear with all the information he gave me. Truly appreciate that! However, when I met him at the dealership I felt he was "juggling" me with other customers which caused more of a wait. Gave 4 stars because I still ended up being at the dealership for 2 hours even though I had already chosen my vehicle and didn't test drive. Slight confusion with floor mats that were supposed to be included, but they pulled it together. Matthew was going over details and specs on my new car with me when financing interrupted us, which was somewhat off-putting. Speaking with financing also took awhile even though I felt somewhat rushed when deciding what was right for me (also had already been at the dealership for quite awhile and was wanting to go as I had plans for dinner), I feel that I could've done that portion of the process on the phone/online also. That part of my experience could have been improved upon. I would've preferred to have the additional protection and maintenance packages communicated in advance with all details emailed for me to review and consider and choose ahead of time. More

It started rough, not sure if it was a covid thing or what but getting in to see the car was a bit frustrating. After trying again and getting ahold of Karmen, things went fast. Kelly got us directed to the perfect car and the bargaining began. We came to an agreement and then the dreaded financing. In all my years of buying new cars I have never had such an easy time doing the final paperwork. So quick and easy. Shannon got me handled in record time. Really pleased with how it all went. I would have given 5 on customer service had they been able to get me in to see the car sooner. Again that may have been a Covid thing but I don't think so. More

I get my Prius C serviced regularly at Burien Toyota and am always pleased with the service. During COVID they are spraying inside the car too and adding plastic covers to the seats before the service. am always pleased with the service.
