I've owned 6 new Toyotas and many other cars in my lifetime. So, I have a lot of experience (good and bad) with buying cars. On 10-21-20, I walked into Burien Toyota for the first time with the intent to look at new 2021 Toyota 4-Runners. ((Note: In the course of my contact with Burien Toyota, I met several people other than the salesperson who sold me a new 4-Runner (i.e., front desk receptionist, sales manager, and the woman who handled the closing/payment transaction). However, I did not retain a record of their names.)) I did not have an appointment. Nonetheless, I was greeted by the receptionist and sales manager and immediately put in contact with Hyung Kim. I told him what I was looking for. He quickly came back with a fair offer, which I accepted. Even though the inventory of new 4-Runners is sparse this time of year, Mr. Kim phoned me the next day and told me the vehicle I was looking for was available for delivery to me the next day. On the afternoon of 10-23-21, I had a new 4-Runner in my garage. Bottom Line: In regards to the front desk reception, sales manager, Mr. Kim, and closing/payment personnel - everyone was professional, polite, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
