The general manager was excellent. Al the staff was very polite and helped make my experience fast and easy. I especially appreciated that the general manager went out of his way to secure the vehicle I requested rather than trying to sell me a car that was not what I wanted. The lease manager was very courteous and she made that lengthy process simple. In general I felt the dealership was well managed and staffed.
