dont trust sale person ever!!! Hi David, How are you? this is Man. Thanks for helping us today to buy a 2019 hybrid Rav4 LE. But here is the problem. The car you show us for test Hi David, How are you? this is Man. Thanks for helping us today to buy a 2019 hybrid Rav4 LE. But here is the problem. The car you show us for test driving has options for cloth carpet cover and side mirrors have sensors. Then later on you give me the red one as i prefer without those options. And you did not say anything about this. That really hurts my feeling when i find out the problem. I have been purchase the car with lower option as same as price of the upgraded options. I already signed all the paper work and I did not check the vehicle before I leave because we really trust you and your service. But you were not really honest with yourself about selling. I really feel bad for you and the company services. All is about lying customers. Good luck with the career you pick. Things call "karma" will happen. Have a nice day. More

Excellent service department My 2016 Rav4 check engine light came on. Took to service department at Burien Toyota explained what issue was. Diagnosis was a Gas cap. Replaced under My 2016 Rav4 check engine light came on. Took to service department at Burien Toyota explained what issue was. Diagnosis was a Gas cap. Replaced under warranty. No problem since.
