Pleasant Experience Our lease was almost up on our 2016 Toyota RAV 4 Limited and we had planned to lease another one. Before doing that, we decided to compare the 2019 RAV 4 to the 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier. We were impressed with the Equinox, in that it had more equipment, a smoother ride, and more room than the RAV 4. What was the most impressive, however, was the leasing experience at Burlington Chevrolet! Bobby Williams knows his cars! He knew every detail about the Equinox and he was just so nice to deal with!! There was no pressure; there were no games or annoying sales tactics, just genuine knowledge and caring about our needs and what was important to us in a car. The entire dealership was clean and everyone there was pleasant. It honestly was not the dreaded experience I had anticipated in getting a new car. My husband has his 2016 Chevy Colorado serviced there and he, too, has been very pleased with their service. This dealership is great and we would highly recommend it!! More

We came into the dealership already knowing which vehicles we wanted to look at, and he made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and our experience with him was like talking to a good friend and not a salesperson. He was quick and efficient making sure all the paperwork was in proper order to get us on our way quickly once we made a decision, and even handled the insurance policy set-up to make sure everything was 100% correct. The finance team was excellent and able to get us right where we needed to be for our payments. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and have recommended him and the rest of the team several times, and brought back a family member already.
