Frankly, though, the car I previously owned, I purchased off the showroom floor less than a week after she had arrived in country. It has been fifteen years since that purchase; I loved that car and the ride she gave. This time, decided on make and model for its history of longevity -- having several close friends who have owned these cars. My decision was also based on lower cost. I did look at these cars at several dealerships, deciding that buying closer to where I live was a good idea. More

Terrible experience! Will never return! I just went to Burlington Subaru last week to get my car looked at, and they were very unfriendly, and were very rude to my fiancé on the phone. When I just went to Burlington Subaru last week to get my car looked at, and they were very unfriendly, and were very rude to my fiancé on the phone. When he called to speak with them they hung up on him after answering. They also told me that I needed to replace my head gaskets on my Subaru impreza with only 95,000 miles on it! I went to three other garages for other opinions and they ALL told me that they did not need to be replaced at all! Burlington Subaru quoted me almost $3,000 dollars to get what I needed fixed and told me I would not be able to sell my car in the condition it is in for a very high price. They also told me I needed a new timing belt, rear wheel barring and sway bar links and I didn't need any of those things either. My total for repairs at a reliable garage in my area was $75! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They are simply trying to suck money out of their customers and are very unreliable! I will NOT be returning ever again! Terrible experience! More

Chris Cassidy made that happen for us a few hours later. It was straight forward and exactly what we needed in customer service. Konrad was another awesome guide in the process of financing. He had a great positive attitude and a helpful hand with information we found very valuable. Experiences with both Chris and Konrad were above and beyond. Great Buying Experience With Crystal Careau I drove all the way from PA to buy the exact used Nissan Frontier I had been looking for at Burlington Subaru for a fantastic price. Even though I was I drove all the way from PA to buy the exact used Nissan Frontier I had been looking for at Burlington Subaru for a fantastic price. Even though I wasn't buying a Subaru from them Crystal Careau was awesome. I found the truck online, contacted her by email, and bought the truck within 24 hours. She sent me additional pictures and a video to assure me of the truck's condition before making the trip. When I got there everything was done smoothly. No hidden costs or add-ons. She even cut balloons down from the ceiling so I could take them home for my daughter on her birthday. Overall it was the opposite of what I expect when dealing with car salespeople. More

My current car was on its way out and it was time for me to purchase a new o I went to Burlington Subaru not having any idea what I wanted or needed. My current car was on its way out and it was time for me to purchase a new one. I brought my friend along for moral support. As soon as we walked through the door, Kristin was there greeting us and asking how she could help. I had been very nervous of this process, but as soon as I started talking with Kristin I immediately felt at ease. She priced out the cost for purchasing and leasing a new Subaru and broke down the monthly payments and explained the difference to me. Soon after talking with her, I realized that leasing was the way to go for me. At this point I knew that I wanted an Impreza. We went and test drove a few and within a few days I was driving away in my first NEW car. Thank you, Kristin. You rock! More

Chris welcomed us back, to go over the vehicle with him after driving it for a couple of days. After a quick chat he had the service team replace a missing part while we ate lunch! Great service! Easy and relaxed I went to look at buying a new car but wasn't sure about what kind of purchase I wanted to make, ie lease, new, used. I thought it was going to be difficult to see all the different options and was overwhelmed trying to figure it out online, and I'm proficient in computers, there's just so much online and you can't really identify what your getting for what price, whatever. I knew I wanted a Subaru, so I went in to look at the stickers, still thinking it was going to be a hassle to go over everything. I walked in and about turned around thinking there was no point, I don't know how to start. Then Kristin came up to me and said hi and we started talking. From there it was easy going and stress free. Basicaly she just asked me what I wanted in a car and what I was looking to spend. She came back with all my options real quick and showed me what the possibilities were according to what I wanted. Kristin was chill and easy to talk to. And next thing I knew I had what I wanted for under what I thought I was going to spend, and all the tax, registration, plates, everything was all done, I could just get in my car and go. So easy. Michael was super patient with my indecisiveness, straight-forward about pricing, and super sweet to deal with throughout the process. I'm a pretty no BS type of gal, and was dreading the typical 'salesman' pitch. I got none of that from Michael. I did, however, get a great price on an awesome Limited Forester, excellent customer service, and drove away feeling really happy with my decision. Super easy and painless process all around. Michael is awesome - go see him at Burlington Subaru for your next Subaru purchase. You'll be very happy you did. Rich was also great as well - and funny. More
