Again, he was very patient and never high-pressured us into a decision. Once the decision was made to purchase a vehicle, he was helpful and thorough with the lengthy paperwork process, making sure to explain what everything meant. He never acted as though our questions were frivolous or time-consuming. Dave had a very nice demeanor and even possessed the ability to act objective about a vehicle's relative strengths and weaknesses, and how these might benefit our needs. I started my car search on the internet. I found a car that I was interested in looking at and sent a message to Burritt. I was contacted by Jim Congdon and made an appointment to meet him. A week later my wife and I went back to Oswego to pick up the vehicle. The window switch had been repaired, the new tires I requested were installed. We sat down to do some final paper work and in no time we were on the road back home. Was helping my daughter pick out her first "new" car and she wasn't sure what she wanted.
