My wife and I just bought a car from Burtness Chevrolet 5 days ago. I am a retired mechanic so it can be difficult to sell me a car. We drove 560 miles to look at this car...2023 Chevrolet Equinox. Nick had days ago. I am a retired mechanic so it can be difficult to sell me a car. We drove 560 miles to look at this car...2023 Chevrolet Equinox. Nick had the car ready for us to look at when we arrived. They let us take our time and even let me hook up a scan tool on the OBDII system. The vehicle was everything they advertised it to be so we made the purchase. It was also a Chevrolet Certified used vehicle which added 12 months to the factory warranty. Nick was personable as well as the finance manager. I literally grew up in dealerships and this dealership is hands down the best that we have encountered during our car search. In addition they only have a $299 document fee which is half of what Missouri charges. Drove the Equinox back home and no surprises. Finally, an end to our 11 month search...(did I mention I am hard to sell a vehicle to???). Thank you Burtness and we would absolutely drive the extra miles when we are in the market for our next car or truck. Additionally, they had the actual title to the car along with 2 sets of keys!!
