A pleasant buying experience. I recently worked with Sean Roughan on the purchase of a pre-owned Chevy Colorado. I was extremely happy with the service that Sean provided. At no point did I feel that my purchase was less important than a new car purchase, which seems to be the case in most dealers on Long Island. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. I had a firm idea of what I wanted and Sean worked hard to get me what i wanted, without trying to sell me. Once we had agreed on the truck and the price, he provided great service in making sure my truck was prepped and delivered on time.
