We went to Buyers Ford in Ohio fully prepared and ready to purchase a Ford F-150. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, his attitude came across to purchase a Ford F-150. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, his attitude came across as rude and disrespectful. As customers who were seriously interested in buying a vehicle, we expected to be treated professionally and with basic courtesy. Instead, the way we were spoken to made us feel like our business was not valued. We were ready to spend our money there and purchase an F-150, but the salesman’s behavior completely changed our decision. A dealership can have great vehicles and competitive prices, but customer service matters just as much. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Buyers Ford to anyone looking for a dealership where they expect to be treated with respect. More

After $9,400 in repairs, I had to take it back 3 times. The repairs were unsatisfactory and quite disappointing. From talking with others, their experience has been the same.
