My fiancé and I bought a CX-5 from John Bechtel last night and it was easily the best experience we’ve had at a dealership. He made us feel at ease, shared lots of laughs, educated us on our options and never pushed us. We first visited Tuesday evening and by Thursday we were driving away in a car that we absolutely love. He was incredibly responsive to our texts and went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible. Byers has twice now given me a fair price on my trade ins. Even now with the way the market is they still were able to meet the expected trade in price.
