I have been a Byers-Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extreme traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time! Thankful for my new ride and I hope I enjoy leasing this time. So far my new ride is everything I wanted and more :) Looking forward to seeing what Mazda has next for me in three years! Overall, one could not ask for more in a car-buying experience. As newly-minted parents spending more on a vehicle than we ever had, we had a number of concerns going into the buying process. The sales staff could not have done a better job of addressing those concerns and making sure we fully understood and were happy with what we were purchasing. The price was fair, and there was none of the pressure that typified our past interactions with vehicle salespeople. We were told to not hesitate to call if we came across any concerns or questions as we started driving more, and got the impression those weren’t just words – that the dealership has absolute faith in their product and wants to make sure the customer is happy once they’ve left the lot. We love the car, we appreciated how smooth the buying process was, and would recommend both the vehicle and the dealership with absolutely no reservations. More

We stopped at Byers Mazda to test drive and learn more about the Mazda CX-9. Our salesperson, Michael O'Brien was very knowledgable and did a wonderful job explaining the SUV features and provided helpfu about the Mazda CX-9. We did not feel pressured to make a quick decision as we still wanted to shop the competition.However, we came back to Byers and bought the CX-9.
