Friendly, straightforward, not pushy. Although they were understaffed and extremely busy, it didn't affect their ability to remain upbeat and thorough. However, when I bought my new car, I received great info about my new car, a thorough going-over the features while sitting in the driver's seat, and I drove away a very happy customer.
