The service used to be worth the 20 drive from dublin Not any more …. Last 3 services required a second trip VERY BAD Had our Land Cruiser for a week to replace the AC ..,, got it bac dublin Not any more …. Taylor is the best cars sells rep I've ever met. I did not feel harassed or rushed like I have been at other locations prior to going to this location. He was knowledgeable on all the questions my f I did not feel harassed or rushed like I have been at other locations prior to going to this location. He was knowledgeable on all the questions my fiancé and I had on the vehicle. Other reps at other locations were sweating perfusely through their clothes. It was nasty. I can tell Byers Toyota cares about their employees. Comfort is very important for everyone to hear the dress code is not strict with only buisness professional. I knew I was in a good spot. With the heat we have been going through seeing him wearing comfortable summer clothes made me feel at ease as I can tell he was comfortable and there to help me out with my purchase I was going to make. I love my vehicle. I greatly appreciate Taylor's time helping me out. I will be in touch when I'm looking for the next vehicle. Thank you! More
