Jordan Vaughan. my service writer, was friendly and kept me up to day on my service. He answered my numerous questions about the current service and future service my service writer, was friendly and kept me up to day on my service. She was friendly and one could tell she was a Byers veteran and enjoyed her job. We have purchased several vehicles from Byers because of the way we have been treated.
