Disappointed this time around I’ve been a loyal customer of Byers Toyota since I purchased my car in 2015. I’ve brought it in for every service visit since, despite the fact that I I’ve been a loyal customer of Byers Toyota since I purchased my car in 2015. I’ve brought it in for every service visit since, despite the fact that I live 5 minutes from Tansky’s. I was very disappointed in the service from Josh this time. He didn’t explain to me what was going to be done when I checked in, nor did he review anything when I left. He just handed me the paperwork and keys and sent me out the door. The multipoint inspection report indicated that the engine and cabin filters need to be changed, but that was not done (probably because my Toyota Care Service contract is due to expire and I will have to pay for it myself next time). I’ve usually worked with Jinae and she’s been great. I did not feel that Josh delivered the level of customer service I’ve come to expect there. More
