Byers Toyota service department in Delaware, Ohio. Took the Toyota RAV 4 in because the XM radio wouldn’t receive a XM station I listen to in my other vehicles. The service technician looked it over and to the Toyota RAV 4 in because the XM radio wouldn’t receive a XM station I listen to in my other vehicles. The service technician looked it over and told me that in this car the XM radio would only receive the XM signal for this station in streaming mode only. After further research I found out that Sirius /XM radios have a different format than straight XM radios that this Toyota RAV 4 has. However Byers did look at the radio found out what my problem was. Tara took care of my issue and sent me on the way at no charge. So far I will go back for service when needed. More
