15,000 maintenance I did not have an appointment, I went in they said might be 2 hours it only took around 1 hour they asked if I wanted my car washed. Service experience Service report identified several items that needed taken care of. If the service associate would have told me about the items i would have gotten at Service report identified several items that needed taken care of. If the service associate would have told me about the items i would have gotten at least one taken care of while I was there. My car was pulled out of garage and parked 35 minutes before I was called to check out. there seemed to be a shortage of service mgrs which is frustrating for customers. More

Brakes were making noise The brakes on my RAV4 were starting to squeal. Time to replace. My tire tread was getting low too. I had them replace front brakes and all 4 tires.
