They are fair in most cases but on some cases they can be really expensive. My TPMS on my car was bad. They wanted $800 to change all 4. Had a rebuilt transmission put in my vehicle, weeks later reported issues. Vehicle was seen twice since. Both service advisors I worked with in the past concerning my issues and were tracking this are sudden reported issues. Vehicle was seen twice since. Both service advisors I worked with in the past concerning my issues and were tracking this are suddenly not there. Either fired/quit. The advisor I last had was not professional. The new transmission, only 3 months old is still giving me issues and is not yet resolved. I requested to speak to a manager and was turned away and told they wont see me and were busy, very unprofessional. Especially as a repeated customer and one who you just received over 7k from. I was not even offered a call or a good time I could speak to them. Just turned away and was put off on a mechanic advisor instead, who was nice but promised a checkup call and it didn't happen. I have taken numerous hours/days off of work to resolve this matter. I was promised a follow up call this past Monday, never got that call. More
