Worst service center I’ve been to in my life. I will not recommend to anyone and will do everything I can to steer people away unless contacted. I called to request an inspection on my Tacoma due I will not recommend to anyone and will do everything I can to steer people away unless contacted. I called to request an inspection on my Tacoma due to a transmission issue. The vehicle is a 2020 purchased in 2021 and has less 50k miles mind you. After speaking with Chelsea Yost, she stated to bring the vehicle in to be looked at. I informed her that the vehicle was not drivable without causing more damage and should still be covered under warranty. I was informed the towing would be my responsibility and that no loner vehicle could be offered while the truck was in the shop. After paying for tow and waiting well past my appointment time to have the vehicle looked at, I was told that the technician “thinks” the issue was rodent damage but could not be sure and cost for repair would be $2,800. Not sure how you come up with a cost when you are not sure what the issue is. I informed Chelsea that since the repairs would not be covered under warranty, I would be getting a second opinion prior to scheduling the work. She then told be cost for the inspection would be $200. Really? $200 to say you think you might know what the issue is? Nothing was said prior to inspection about a potential cost to look at the vehicle. Most dealers will at least look at the vehicle within warranty timeframe for no cost. This is how you treat good standing customers? Needless to say, I took my vehicle to another shop and had it repaired for $155. If you would like to maintain my potential future business, I would be willing to discuss this complaint with a management. You have my contact information on file. More
I have been a valued customer for over 20 years. Loved it until last couple visits. I was given a defective motor for my car and told it was new.one year later it needed a new part but because the w Loved it until last couple visits. I was given a defective motor for my car and told it was new.one year later it needed a new part but because the warranty was 1 week past I was charged thus basically totally my car as I've put more into it than worth. I don't think I should of had to pay for this last visit. The motor is defective and should not have broken in the 1st place. A new motor should have lasted the remaining lifetime of the car..not just 1 year. I feel I was ripped off with this so called new motor. I'm very disappointed. The manager was aloof and dismissive about my situation as was the girl taking care of me. I feel the need to get my car fixed elsewhere in the future. More
