My LandCruiser was pretty much ruined after the repairs there. An separate assessment revealed that the tyres were never rotated resulting in cupping. The brakes needed $2800 more in repairs after the 15 there. An separate assessment revealed that the tyres were never rotated resulting in cupping. The brakes needed $2800 more in repairs after the 1500 or so I spent at Byers. I am done with Byers service. It is sad and deeply disappointing. I have to say that Byers was the only place I had my LandCruiser serviced over the years. Not anymore. This is after clearly stating that the noise in my front end has not gone away after multiple trips to Byers. The reason I was given is that there is rust. Another’s repair shop has since fixed the issue. Last year, I even identified broken parts in the front end that I had to point out right after service was done at Byers. It is truly a let down and a total waste of money. More
