I was able to gain entry and do a quick charge and called Byers service to see if they c On Friday (12/6/19) 3:30pm my ‘11 Prius 12v battery gave up! I was able to gain entry and do a quick charge and called Byers service to see if they could replace it. They said bring it in and they would work me into the schedule. I arrived at approx 4:35 and was met by Jameson Church, assistant service manager and he promptly initiated the repair. In addition, oil change was due and that was accomplished too. Excellent communication and customer service by Jameson and all the staff. So I was ‘out the door’ at approx 5:45pm. Bottom line: great customer service by all and accommodation of unscheduled service by a great Byers team ! Thanks to all. More

Not real knowledgeable Went in for first six month service call. Mentioned that I had questions about my navigation system re: using Entune, Bluetooth, Apple Car Play, etc. Went in for first six month service call. Mentioned that I had questions about my navigation system re: using Entune, Bluetooth, Apple Car Play, etc. Was told this was not a service issue but needed to talk to my salesperson. Told I wanted to be able to grab driver side handle to unlock all the doors instead of just the drivers. He said they would have to go into the electronics to change that option because for safety it was designed to open just the one door. While waiting for car, I got out manual and found that if you grab the door handle and hold for 3 or more seconds, all the doors will unlock. When I told him that, he did not know that. Had trouble with car surging after slowing down. The installed software update that the "hope will fix it." I will drive it and let them know if corrected. Worked with Salesman after car was done, and he was not real knowledgeable about the radio system. Manual was confusing and did not get all my answers. Will work on this myself. Then flashing lights came on display. Took car back inside and they ran diagnostic to tell what the codes were. Came back and said they had to drive the car a few minutes since the software was updated. Problem corrected. Routine service call took 2 1/2 hours !!! Not a happy camper. More

scheduled maintenance Sunday, the "Required Maintenance" message came up upon engine start. I called Byers and scheduled a service call for later that day. I was greeted a Sunday, the "Required Maintenance" message came up upon engine start. I called Byers and scheduled a service call for later that day. I was greeted and we went over the required items and discussed potential recall items. I went to the waiting room and within a half hour the work was complete.
