Unhappy We were able to get the needed part for $300.00 less from the same store but we’re informed that since we supplied the part it wouldn’t have a warrant We were able to get the needed part for $300.00 less from the same store but we’re informed that since we supplied the part it wouldn’t have a warranty even if we had it delivered. We supplied the part and continue to have similar issues. We have been loyal Byers customers since 2008! We have religiosity had had all of our vehicles serviced at Byers even though only one is a Toyota! We currently have a lease on a Toyota however at this point we’re unsure we’ll continue to place our trust and loyalty with Byers!! More

Oil change I had an oil change scheduled for 8:40 am and happened to come in at 8:00. Service was able to get me in right away and the service was completed quic I had an oil change scheduled for 8:40 am and happened to come in at 8:00. Service was able to get me in right away and the service was completed quickly! The service agent that helped me explained other services that I may need before my next oil change. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. More
Unscheduled vidit I was having a problem with a dealer installed option and wanted to get some checks done. I advised that I only had one hour and she said she understood and if we got to the point when I had to leave she would pull the car and get me going. After 45 minutes I was on my way and had a confirmation that I needed. Great Service! More

There was a difference between what the insurance company would pay and what she owed. She was told she did not have gap insurance. That was not true but it was almost impossible to collect the gap payment. Your finance person (Kannon Grant) fixed everything; printed and faxed paperwork to insurance company. REALLY appreciated his help in this matter. More
