This dealership and this service manager are nothing but liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination! We took it to a certified diesel mechanic, they test liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination! Now they refuse to refund us our pre purchased oil changes. Everyone at this place is rude and refuses to help customers AFTER they sale you a vehicle! More

Guido was an exceptional individual to work with and relatable which made the process smooth. Unfortunately, the understanding of loan requirements, from the sales manager and finance team, was not prop relatable which made the process smooth. Unfortunately, the understanding of loan requirements, from the sales manager and finance team, was not properly communicated which almost lead to an unfortunate circumstance. We made a deal work which could have never worked from the get go. Thank goodness the bank had an option to support funding the loan which I was able to accept. For overall constructive criticism, the finance and sales org need to understand loan requirements before trying to get a deal to work. More
