I have had my car for 3. 5 weeks. Nothing has occurred. Never good car. It is a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. I would recommend this dealership for their friendliness and honesty. Th 5 weeks. The car buying process took about 4. 5 hours with the financial preapproval process being done prior to going to the site. We had to wait on vehicle maintenance and detail services to be 5 hours with the financial preapproval process being done prior to going to the site. We had to wait on vehicle maintenance and detail services to be completed which extended our time at the dealership. However, there was free food and a soda machine so that helped curb our appetites while we waited. Overall, great car buying experience, it is a marathon of a day but this location exceeds the average car dealership experience. More
