This is the definition of a “stealership”. They tack on all sorts of extra fees above the asking price of the vehicle, the salesman promised to hand deliver the vehicle for me after completing They tack on all sorts of extra fees above the asking price of the vehicle, the salesman promised to hand deliver the vehicle for me after completing some necessary safety repairs. After not showing up on the day of delivery I drove the 3 hours back to the dealership to pick my truck up. Lo and behold the repairs weren’t completed or even started yet. After waiting a few hours I was told the truck needed new brake lines and that’s what we were waiting on. After another hour or two I was told it needed new transmission lines. When I asked why I wasn’t told any of this before I bought it, the salesman shrugged and said “I’m not a mechanic” after 4 hours of waiting I was told they are just doing an alignment and it’ll be ready soon. An hour later I was told everything was done and it’s just being road tested. 30 minutes later I watched the truck pull out of the garage. After all that the truck did not get an alignment, the tires are out of balance, the brake lines are leaking and multiple parts of the suspension were loose. The only thing worse than the salesman are the mechanics More
