Took my vehicle in for a mirror repair and a transmission shifting issue. Carlos met me at the vehicle and listened patiently while I explained the problem I was having. The dealership sent me a short video at the completion of the service detailing the work that had been performed. Carlos met me in the waiting area and again explained the service details. Had a great experience with Abdias and the financing team here. They worked with us late on a Sunday to get us the deal we were looking for on the vehicle we wanted. Abdias got a vehicle down off of a lift f here. They worked with us late on a Sunday to get us the deal we were looking for on the vehicle we wanted. Overall after going back two times the incident was fixed. I would have awarded 5 stars if they had done the oil change when I brought it in instead of draining all my transmission fluid and putting mo fixed. I would have awarded 5 stars if they had done the oil change when I brought it in instead of draining all my transmission fluid and putting more oil into an already full reservoir. Luckily my son did a u turn and took it back when it wasn’t operating properly. They did provide a rental for us to use until ours was fixed. After doing the oil change and checking the transmission for damage the next day, we took it home. The next morning we found oil drips under the car. (It precviously had no leaks). We drove it back and they discovered the oil plug wasn’t tightened down. They fixed it and filled up our gas tank for us and are giving us our next oil change free. After all was ultimately completed. I would give them a 5. More

Great service advisor, kept me up to date on my vehicle. Only complaint was person who pulled my vehicle around left my car smelling of bad body odor. Had to drive with windows down most of way home.
